Winter Melon With Crab Meat Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 winter melon (600g)

180g crab meat

1 tin straw mushrooms

40g lotus seeds

40g crab roe

Seasoning:

2 tsp sugar

1tbsp oyster sauce

40g light soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

dash of pepper

Method:

Remove winter melon skin. Put it in a steamer and steam until soft. Put aside. Put all the ingredients inside the winter melon. Heat up wok and pour in soup stock and then the seasoning. Bring the soup to a boil and thicken with corn starch. Overlay on the winter melon. Decorate with lotus flower petals and serve.
