300g carrot (cut in strips)
650g cucumber (cut in strips)
130g red and green chilies (pounded)
150g shallots (pounded)
100g garlic (pounded)
1 cup vinegar
20g mustard seeds
50g turmeric powder
salt to taste
sugar to taste
200ml oil
120g chili paste
Method:
Wash all the vegetables and dry in the sun. Heat up oil in pan and fry the mustard seeds, turmeric and chili paste until fragrant. Mix in the vegetables. Add the vinegar, sugar and salt to taste. Cool.
