Method:
In a mixing bowl, mix together flours,
garlic, salt, chili powder, and water. Beat the mixture until smooth.
Cover up the bowl and leave for 3 hours. Peel the potatoes and slice
it into thin round slices. Soak it in cold water.
Also slice egg plant thinly. Peel
onions, slice it into half and cut into thin slices. Separate
cauliflower segments.
Heat up oil in pan for deep frying. Dip
the individual vegetables in the batter and fry a few at a time. Serve
with chutney.
