Method:
Marinade the shrimps with 1 tsp corn
flour and pepper. Scald briefly and set aside. Wash and peel the
cucumber. Cut into slices. Heat up oil in pan and stir fry garlic
briefly. Put in cucumber and stir well. Pour in one cup of water. Cook
for a minute. Put in cooked shrimps and add seasoning. Stir and cook
till hot. Serve.
Nutritional Value:
Cucumber contains vitamin A and C and
minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium and potassium. It
can be easily digested as it contains enzymes.
