Method:
Mix chili sauce ingredients together.
Wash egg plants and cut into short pieces. Soak in water for a while
and then drain. Arrange nicely onto a plate. Boil water in a steamer
and steam the egg plants for 10 minutes. Drain the fluid. Put garlic
and spring onion on top. Pour boiling hot oil and chili sauce
ingredients mixture on top. Serve.
Nutritional Value:
Egg plant is rich in vitamin A and
phosphorus. It also contains ample amounts of protein, iron, calcium,
sodium, niacin and B vitamins.
