Method:
Cut the broccoli. Wash and drain. Heat
the frying pan with 1.5 tbsp oil. Add 1/2 tbsp ginger fry till
fragrant. Put in the broccoli, add 1.5 cup of water, salt and sugar.
Cover the pan and simmer for 4 minute. Place them on a plate . Heat
the frying pan with oil. Add ginger and fry the prawns for 5 minutes.
Put in oyster sauce and pepper. Make a thin gravy with corn flour mix
with light soy sauce and 1/2 cup of water. Put the mixture into the
fried prawns and simmer for 3 minutes. Spread the fried prawns on to
the plate of broccoli and serve hot.
