Fresh Mint Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup fully packed mint leaves

5 spring onions

3 fresh green chilies (chopped)

salt to taste

2 tsp sugar

1/2 cup lemon juice

3 tsp water

Method:

Blend the mint leaves with spring onions and all the ingredients to a smooth puree. Put the chutney into a small dish, cover and chill. Serve as an accompaniment with meals.
