Cauliflower In Yoghurt Recipe

Ingredients:

A3.5lb cauliflower

2.5 cups yoghurt

2 tsp ground ginger

2 tsp chopped coriander leaves

2 tsp sugar

salt to taste

1/2 cup oil or butter

2 sliced onions

1/4 cup raisins

1/2 cup green peas

6 red chilies chopped

Method:

Cut the cauliflower into bite size pieces. Wash and place them on a towel to dry. Pour yoghurt into a bowl. Add ginger, chopped coriander leaves, sugar and salt. Marinate the cauliflower in this mixture for 3 hours. Heat up oil or butter in pan using medium heat and fry the onions till brown. Add in raisins, peas, cauliflower mixture, 1/2 cup hot water and chopped chilies. Stir well, cover pan and simmer over low heat till cauliflower is tender and liquid has been absorbed. Serve with bread or plain rice.
