Cabbage In Coconut Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:

4 shallots

3 red chilies

2.5 cups of water

1 cup shelled shrimps

320 g cabbage (sliced)

3 cups thick coconut milk

4 cups thin coconut milk

2 tsp turmeric powder

salt to taste

Method:

Pound the red chilies and shallots together. Then place it in a pan with thin coconut milk and bring to boil. Put in the shrimps and sliced cabbage. When the cabbage is tender, add in the thick coconut milk. Let the gravy boil and lift from fire.
