Method:
Blanch broccoli in boiling water with
salt and 2 tbsp of corn oil. Remove and put into cold water. Drain and
put aside. Heat 3 tbsp of corn oil and brown the chopped onions and
garlic until fragrant. Add oyster sauce, ginger and carrots. Cook for
a while. Pour in water and bring to boil. Put in broccoli and stir in
the remaining seasoning ingredients. Thicken gravy with cornstarch
mixture. Dish out and serve hot.
