Method:
Heat oil in frying pan. Fry onion
till golden. Add (A) together with mutton and brown well. To prevent
spices from burning sprinkle a little water. Add tomato and stir well.
Add 5 cups of water, bay leaves and salt. Simmer over low heat until
meat is tender. Dish out and sprinkle (B) on it. Garnish with chopped
coriander leaves. Serve.
