Spicy Fried Squid And Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

280g squids (sliced)

100g red carrot

100g white cabbage

100g red cabbage

3 stalks spring onions

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp grounded chili powder

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tsp Korean chili paste

pinch of salt

dash of pepper

Method:

Heat up oil in frying pan. Fry chopped garlic. Put in squids and fry lightly. Add in all other vegetables except spring onions. Add in water or 2 tbsp of stock and all other ingredients except spring onions. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add in spring onions and stir fry lightly. Serve.
