Method:
Heat up oil in a wok using high heat.
Put in cinnamon stick, ginger and the onions and fry till golden
brown. Add the chicken pieces and salt. Fry till brown. Add chili
powder, fry over high heat, stirring gently. Using medium heat, cover
and simmer till chicken is tender and liquid dries. Add lime juice and
the spring onions. Stir quickly before dishing out.
