Method:
Remove shrimp shells except the tail.
Pour sour in a bowl and mix together with spices, salt and wines. Put
in the shrimps and beef and let it marinade for over an hour in the
refrigerator. Remove shrimps and beef from the marinade. Skewer the
shrimps, beef, cube onions and pineapple alternately. Grill over
gentle heat till golden, basting with butter occasionally.
