150g liver (sliced)
20 large onions (sliced)
10g chili powder
10g chili capsicum
10g garlic cloves
1/2 chili sauce
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
salt, sugar and pepper to taste
Method:
Boil the sliced liver until tender. Drain. Fry in hot oil until crisp. Add the onions, capsicum and garlic. Mix in the chili powder, chili sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well and dish out.
