Method:
Heat up oil in pan using medium heat.
Fry the potato cubes till golden brown. Remove and put into a bowl.
Using the same oil fry cumin, cinnamon and cardamom for a minute. Add
onion and garlic and stir fry till brown. Mix in mutton, salt, sugar
and ground ingredients. Stir fry until the mixture is dry, then pour
in 4 cups of water, add potatoes and tomatoes. Cover the pan and
simmer till mutton is cooked. Add in green peas and chopped coriander
leaves. Stir well then remove from heat. Serve.
