Method:
Pounded together onion, garlic and lemon
grass. Heat oil in pan, stir-fry the pounded paste, cinnamon stick,
star anise, spices and curry powder until fragrant. Add in prawns and
stir-fry for 2 seconds. Then add in water, sugar and salt to taste.
Stir-fry until cooked and gravy is thickened.
