Method:
Wash cabbage and carrot and shred. Mix
coriander, cumin powder with 1 tbsp of water to make a smooth paste.
Heat oil in frying pan. Fry the shrimps well and removed. In the same
oil fry the garlic, chilies, ginger, onions till fragrant. Add the
spice paste and brown well. Add cabbage and carrot. Stirring
constantly. Cook till the water is almost absorbed. Then add the
cinnamon and turmeric powder and lastly the shrimps. Add salt to
taste.
