Method:
Squeeze a cup of coconut milk. Then add
enough water to squeeze 2 more cups of coconut milk. Heat cooking oil
in pan. Fry pounded ingredients, curry leaves and curry powder mixture
for 2-3 minutes over medium fire until fragrant. Add the chicken wings
and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add coconut milk and simmer for 10-15
minutes. As soon as the curry begins to boil, add the coconut milk
first and then salt. Simmer for 10 minutes until the chicken wings are
tender. Dish up and serve.
