Method:
Bring water to the boil. Add the meat,
cover and simmer until the meat is tender. When the meat is tender,
remove, drain and cut the meat into 1" cubes. Set aside. Boil the
bouillon until reduced to half the original quantity. Add in oil and
the pounded ingredients. Stir well and continue to boil for 5 minutes.
Add in the meat. Reduce the heat and simmer until most of the liquid
has dried out. Add in lemon juice. Stir well and serve hot. Garnish
with scallions.
