Tomato and Sparerib Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

2/3 lb. spareribs

9 cups water

3 tomatoes (cut into 4)

1/2 can button mushrooms (cut into half)

salt to taste

pepper

 

Method:

Cut the spareribs into bite-size pieces. Blanch in boiling water. Remove and drain. Boil the water in a deep pan. Add sparerib and boil over low heat for 40 minutes. Add tomatoes and button mushrooms. Cook for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
