1.5 tbsp Indonesian sweet soy sauce
(thick soy sauce)
1 large onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Method:
Drain the sweet corn. Bring the bouillon
to the boil. Put in sweet corn and simmer for 5 minutes. Cut the
chicken into small pieces and mix it with the corn flour with 3 tbsp
cold water and soy sauce. Stir it into the hot bouillon and add the
onion and garlic. Simmer for another 3 minutes. Before serving
sprinkle in coriander leaves and stir. Pour soup into deep plates or
bowls.
