Spareribs And Watercress Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

600g pork spareribs

10 cups cold water

1.5 tsp salt

300g watercress

Method:

Wash spareribs and drain. Put spareribs in cooking pot. Add water and salt and bring to boil over high flame for 5 minutes. Skim off foam. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Separate watercress leaves from stems and cut away roots. Wash and drain. Put watercress into boiling soup and cook for 10 minutes using high flame. Serve Hot.
