6 oz of lean pork cut into thin strips
4 cups of water
1 packet chicken essence
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp of cooking oil
2 eggs (beaten, mix with 2 tbsp of water)
2 tsp of ginger cut into thin strips.
Method:
Heat frying pan with cooking oil. Add thin strips of ginger and fry for a while. Add in the lean pork and fry. Put in water, chicken essence, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Add beaten eggs and simmer for 4 minutes. Serve while hot.
