40g Wakeme Seaweed
1 cup dashi stock (refer How To Prepare Dashi Stock)
1 tbsp aka/shiro miso (Japanese soybean paste)
1 scallion
Method:
Heat dashi stock to a boil. Add seaweed. Mix miso with some dashi stock to make a paste. Add to boiling stock. Put scallion. Serve hot.
