 Salty Egg Mint Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

300g mint leaves (only the leaves needed )

1/2 cup dried shrimps (wash and drain well)

5 cups water

1 salty egg

3 tsp cooking oil

pepper and salt to taste

 

Method:

Remove mint leaves from stem. Wash and drain. Heat 3 tsp of cooking oil in deep pan. Fry dried shrimps until fragrant. Put water and bring to boil. Cook for 20 minutes. Add in mint leaves. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Add salty egg. Cook for a few minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve.
