Method:
Wash and clean the coriander plants.
Chop off the roots. Shred the coriander. Mince the pork. Mix the soy
sauce and salt with the shredded coriander and minced pork. Pour water
into a pot and boil. Form the minced pork and shredded coriander into
lumps and drop into the water. When the meat is done, taste and season
as desired.
