Duck Lemon Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

1kg pieces duck meat

7 cups water

2 lemons

salt to taste

pepper to taste

fresh coriander leaves

Method:

Clean the duck and dry with absorbent paper. Put duck meat in deep casserole, add in water and halved lemons. Add salt and pepper. Cover and cook using low heat for 4 hours or until duck is tender. Season to taste. Garnish with coriander leaves an serve.
