10 Chinese black mushrooms
3 chicken drumsticks without skin
8 cups chicken stock
1/2 tbsp rice wine
2.5 tsp salt
2 stalk green onion
4 slices ginger
Method:
Soak black mushrooms in water to soften. Drain and remove stems. Put chicken stock in pot and boil it. Then put mushrooms and chicken to boil over low heat for 1 hour. Then put all the other ingredients in. Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve.
