1 cup dashi stock (refer How To Prepare Dashi Stock)
1 tbsp aka/shiro miso (Japanese soybean paste)
86g bean curd (tafu)-cubes
Scallion to garnish
Method:
Heat dashi stock to a boil. Put in bean curd and boil for a few second. Mix miso with some dashi stock to make a paste. Add to boiling stock and stir well. Add in scallion.
