          Method: 
          
          Cook the rice. Heat oil in frying pan 
          and lightly brown the onions. Dish out. Fry the yam for a few minutes, 
          add the water and cover the pan. Cook till soft. (do not over cook as 
          yam will break up) When the rice is ready, add the dried prawns, 
          onions, yam, sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well. Serve.
