          1.5 cups cooked rice 
          8 shelled white shrimps 
          2 squids cut into bite size pieces 
          1 tbsp boiled crab meat 
          1 Chinese celery stalk (chopped) 
          13 red chilies (crushed) 
          1 tbsp shallots (finely sliced) 
          2 tbsp crisp fried shallot slices 
          1.5 tbsp sautéed garlic 
          2 tbsp sweet basil leaves 
          2 tbsp lime juice 
          2 tbsp fish sauce  |

          Method: 
          
          Boil the prawns and squid in boiling 
          water done. Mix the rice, chilies, crab meat, squid and shrimps 
          together. Season with fish sauce and lime juice. Add the shallots. Mix 
          well. Transfer to a platter, sprinkle with basil, celery, shallot and 
          garlic. Serve
