2 cups cooked rice
6 fresh oyster (shelled)
30g almond
Soy sauce to taste
Green onion (chopped)
Method:
Wash oyster in cold water to remove residue and dirt. Sprinkle with some salt while rinsing. Drain and set aside. Toss almond in a pan. Mix almond with rice and soy sauce. Top with oyster and garnish with green onion.
