5 bowls cooked rice
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup shrimps (cleaned and shell)
1 cup chicken meat ( cubes)
3 red chilies (pounded)
3 shallots (pounded)
1 cm dried shrimp paste (pounded)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 red chili (cut into rings)
1 onion (sliced)
Salt to taste
Slices of cucumber
Fish/ prawns crackers

Method:
Heat oil in pan, stir-fry red chili and
onion until fragrant. Add in beaten eggs. Fry until done. Set aside.
Heat oil in pan, add in pounded paste and stir-fry until fragrant.
Then add in chicken meat and shrimps. Stir-fry until cooked, then add
in rice and salt to taste. Mix well and serve hot. Garnish with
cucumber, eggs and fish crackers.
