Fried Rice With Anchovies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 bowl of cooked rice

5 shallots

2 cloves garlic

30g anchovies

2 fresh red chilies

3 long beans

salt to taste

1 tbsp oil

Method:

Clean and wash the anchovies. Pound shallots, garlic and red chilies together. Wash the long beans and dice them. Heat oil in pan. Fry the pounded ingredients until fragrant. Using a medium flame put in long beans and stir well. Add in rice. Mix well and season with salt. Serve.
