          Method: 
          
          Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the 
          meat. Add onions, sliced lettuce, tomato and celery. Mix in the curry 
          powder and season with soy sauce. Cook until the meat is soft and 
          remove from pan. Fry noodles with a little oil over high heat and add 
          thick soy sauce. Dish out and place on a plate. Pour cooked meat sauce 
          over and serve hot.
