Method:
Grind bean curd paste, garlic, onions
and fermented bean curd together. Heat cooking oil and fry them until
fragrant. Add in duck oyster sauce, ginger slices and stir fry for 10
minutes. Put in star anise, cinnamon bark and pepper corn. Add enough
boiled water and let it simmer for 1/2 hour. Add in yam pieces and
simmer until the duck and yam becomes tender. Garnish and serve.
