Tomato Stewed Duck Recipe

Ingredients:

4 oz tomatoes

1 tsp of chopped garlic

10 oz of duck meat cut into 1/2 inch square

4 oz of corn flour

1 egg (beaten)

salt to taste

pepper to taste

1 dessertspoon of sugar

3/4 lb of cooking oil

1 dessertspoon of corn flour for the gravy

3 tbsp of tomato sauce

1 dessertspoon of sesame oil

1 pint or 2 cups of water

Method:

Season the duck meat with corn flour adding 1 egg, salt, pepper and water. Heat cooking oil in pan. Fry pieces of duck meat for 8 minutes. Drain well. Fry chopped garlic for 5 minutes. Put in fried duck meat, tomatoes, tomato sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper and sugar. Thicken the gravy with corn flour mix with a little cold water. When cooked, dish out and serve.
