Steamed Duck In Lotus Leaf Recipe

Ingredients:

1 piece duck drumstick

5 thin slices of beef

Abalone

1 cucumber (sliced)

1 piece large lotus leaf

5 button mushrooms

1 carrot (sliced)

i tsp light soy sauce

2 cm piece ginger (pounded)

salt to taste

pepper to taste

Method:

Marinate duck meat with soy sauce, ginger and pepper. Clean the lotus leaf and put the meat on it. Arrange abalone, carrot, button mushrooms, beef and sprinkle with salt. Wrap the lotus leaf and steam until cooked. Garnish with slice cucumber and serve.
