Method:
Remove chicken bones. Add toning mixture
on chicken skin and let it dry. Then apply a layer of minced shrimp
meat onto the chicken skin. Fry until golden brown and cut into bite
sizes. Divide the chicken into 2 halves, one to be placed at the
centre and the other by the side surrounding it. Cut the mango into
wedges and place them alternately between the slices of chicken. Put
some mayonnaise onto the chicken meat in the centre and garnish with
cherries. Serve.
