Method:
Marinate the chicken with Chinese rice
wine, mustard powder, salt and pepper. Out aside for over 30 minutes.
Heat up oil in pan. Put in two halves of the chicken and fry for 25
minutes. Keep turning the chicken while frying. When done, dish out
and cut into bite pieces. Put aside on a dish. To prepare the plum
sauce, heat up wok and fry the chopped onions. Mix in all the
ingredients and bring to boil. When sauce thickens, remove from heat
and pour over the fried chicken. Serve.
