In lukewarm water, soak the freeze dried
bean curd until it becomes soft (about 3 minutes). Gently squeeze out
water from the bean curd by placing it between your palms. Cut it into
1/2 inch lengths. Cut the chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Heat
simmering sauce in a saucepan and bring to boil. Put in pieces of
chicken and bring to boil again. Add bean curd pieces and reduce heat.
Using low heat simmer until liquid is almost absorbed into bean curd.
Add sliced onions and stir. Dish out and serve.
