Method:
Cut chicken into 3cm x 5cm pieces. Pound
together shallots, garlic and fresh turmeric. Season chicken with the
pounded ingredients and honey. Skew chicken with satay sticks and
grill over charcoal fire. Keep basting with basting sauce till satay
is fragrant and cooked.
To make sauce: Heat oil in a pan. Put in
chili paste and sauce A. Fry until fragrant. Add sauce B and simmer
for 10 minutes.
