Method:
Cut roast pork or lean pork, walnuts and
water chestnuts into small cubes. Break eggs into mixing bowl. Add
self raising powder, tapioca flour and water. Stir well to form a
dropping consistency . Put in roast pork or lean pork, walnuts and
water chestnuts. Add pepper, salt, sesame oil and sugar. Stir well.
Heat frying pan with cooking oil. When it is hot put 1 teaspoon of
roast pork mixture into the oil and fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Then put 1
cocktail stick on to the meat ball. Serve while hot.
