Tomato Sauce Fried Beef Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb of fillet steak, cut into thin slices

2 tsp of ginger cut into thin strips

2.5 tbsp of cooking oil

1.5 tbsp of light soy sauce

2.5 tbsp of tomato sauce

1.5 tsp of cornstarch

1 tsp of rice wine

tsp of chopped garlic

Method:

Pound the slices of beef on both sides. marinate the slices of beef with tomato sauce, sugar, cornstarch, light soy sauce and rice wine. Heat oil in frying pan. Add ginger and garlic. Fry the slices of beef, turning occasionally. More cooking oil can be added. Dish out and garnish with spring onions and parsley.
