130g spareribs
1cup chili sauce
1 red chili (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
salt to taste
sugar to taste
oil for cooking
Method:
Roast the spareribs until tender and then put aside. Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the spareribs together for a few minutes. Put in chili sauce and season with fish sauce, salt and sugar. Add sliced chilies and remove from heat.
