Method:
Cut pork sliced into 1" squares and set
aside. Mix ginger juice, soy sauce and sake. Cut cabbage and pepper
into cubes. Slices onion thinly. Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry
pork until it changes color. Add in cabbage, pepper and onion. stir
fry until the vegetables and pork are cooked. Pour in the prepared
seasoning. Mix well and serve hot.
