Pork Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 7

3/4 lb lean pork

25 pieces mushrooms

1 tbsp rice wine

1 tsp brandy

2 tbsp corn flour

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1/2 lb cooked bean sprouts

salt, sugar and pepper to taste

sesame oil

cooking oil

Method:

Soak mushrooms for 20 minutes and then remove the stalks. Mince the pork finely. Marinate the pork with corn flour, salt, sugar, pepper and sesame oil for 20 minutes. Sandwiched the mince pork between two mushrooms. Add light soy sauce, wine and simmer for 15 minutes. Use corn flour and a little cold water to thicken gravy. Spread cooked stuffed mushrooms on a plate of cooked bean sprouts.
