Peking Spareribs Recipe

Ingredients:

1.5 lb spareribs, cut into 2" length

Cooking oil for frying

2 tsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

2 tsp cooking wine

2 tsp garlic, chopped

3 tbsp corn flour

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp ketchup

2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp water

 

Method:

Marinate the spareribs with soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine and garlic for 30 minutes. Heat oil in pan. Coat the spareribs with corn flour. Deep fry the spareribs over medium heat until golden brown. Drain well. Heat Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sugar, sesame oil and water until boil. Add in spareribs. Mix well with the sauce. Serve hot. Garnish with tomato slices.
