6 oz of lean pork
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1/2 oz of Chinese mushrooms (soaked for
20 minutes, remove stalks and cut into thin strips)
2 tbsp of cooking oil
1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
4 oz of green pepper
1 tsp of ginger cut into thin strips
4 oz of bean sprouts (break both ends) |
Method:
Cut lean pork, green pepper into thin
strips. Heat cooking oil in pan, add ginger and fry lean pork, green
pepper for 10 to 15 minutes, adding oyster and dark soy sauce while
frying. Put in bean sprouts and fry for another minute. Garnish with
thin strips of chili and serve.
